Return and Exchange Policy – Rangat Jaipur
Returns:
- Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a defective or damaged product.
- Return shipping costs (RTO charges) are to be borne by the customer.
- A detailed video of unboxing the package, showing the damaged product, must be shared with us at rangatjaipur@gmail.com for the return to be processed.
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, subject to inspection.
- The final decision regarding refunds rests solely with Rangat Jaipur.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are applicable for size-related issues only.
- Any exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
